The Legion of Mary is the largest lay apostolic organization in the Catholic Church. The Legion gives glory to God through the sanctification of its members. Members become instruments of the Holy Spirit through a balanced program of prayer and service. Works include visiting the sick, reciting the rosary at convalescent hospitals, selling religious items and bringing Communion to the sick and the homebound.
Time commitment per week: 1 hour meeting and two hours work.
