St. Therese continues the centuries-old practice of adoration of the Blessed Sacrament. Perpetual Eucharistic Adoration at St. Therese has been available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week since January, 1988; except for certain holidays. Adorers may commit to one hour each week. Volunteers are needed to assist with scheduling and communicating with other adorers.

The "Portrait of Our Lord" includes an actual photograph of Jesus , our Eucharistic Lord, captured during Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church in Omaha.

The USCCB Committee on the Liturgy offers the following Holy Hours as models, based on the ritual book Holy Communion and Worship of the Eucharist Outside of Mass , which should be followed in all respects. A recently published resource of the USCCB Committee on the Liturgy entitled, Thirty-One Questions on Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament , may also be helpful.
